Meet us where the action happens in surgical arts. We’re bringing the ZEUGMA.
This August, between 27–30, HPOTECH joins the South American Plastic Surgery (SAPS) medical conference, a key event on the global calendar for professionals working at the intersection of surgical aesthetics, wellness, and technological innovation.
As part of our 2025 international tour, SAPS offers an opportunity to engage with peers who are redefining how we approach recovery after surgery, patient outcomes, and the role of technology in modern clinical environments.
At the heart of our presence is the ZEUGMA, our advanced monoplace hyperbaric chamber, a system designed to integrate into both medical and wellness practices, with a focus on improving recovery and enhancing non-invasive outcomes.
Exploring the broader role of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) in surgical practice
Once used mainly for wound healing and decompression sickness, HBOT is now a valued tool in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, and integrative wellness for its regenerative effects. By delivering high concentrations of oxygen under controlled pressure (up to 3.0 ATA), it accelerates the body’s natural ability to repair and rejuvenate tissue.
- Accelerate healing by improving oxygen delivery to tissues, often shortening recovery times by several days.
- Reduce swelling and bruising through anti-inflammatory effects, easing discomfort and downtime.
- Increase skin quality by stimulating collagen production, improving texture, elasticity, and radiance.
- Lower complication rates such as poor wound healing or scar formation, in some cases by over 70%.
Beyond aesthetics, HBOT supports cellular oxygenation, cognitive clarity, and recovery from fatigue, offering both visible and systemic benefits, helping patients heal, restore, look and feel their best.
Best practices in plastic surgery
The SAPS Europe conference brings together professionals who are serious about working at the forefront of their field. The conversations go beyond products and platforms, they touch on best practices, evolving patient needs, pre-care and after-care, and the future of interdisciplinary care.
This aligns closely with our approach at HPO.TECH. We believe in thoughtful integration, in designing hyperbaric & hypobaric machines that work across specialties, and in supporting clinics who want to offer more without complicating their workflow.
ZEUGMA is a hyperbaric system designed for optimal surgical recovery
ZEUGMA was developed with one goal in mind: to make hyperbaric therapy more accessible, more intuitive, and more aligned with how today’s clinics actually function, and to the recovery needs of patients undertaking surgery and plastic surgery.
Key features include:
- A clean, digital interface with customizable protocols
- Low-noise, low-maintenance operation
- A design that complements both medical and wellness spaces
- High patient comfort and minimal staff training requirements
- Operates at pressures up to 2.4 ATA, ideal for aesthetic and recovery protocols
- Features panoramic windows to reduce discomfort and claustrophobia
- Includes intuitive touchscreens (internal + external) for easy control
- Built-in BIBS breathing system delivers high-purity oxygen while removing CO₂
- Ergonomic interior with customizable seating and quiet operation
- Modular design for easy installation in any modern clinic or medspa
As demand grows for regenerative, non-invasive and low-downtime treatments, modern ergonomic and comfortable HBOT chambers are increasingly seen as part of the standard toolkit, not just for recovery, but for pre-treatment optimization and long-term maintenance.
Clinics that adopt HBOT early are finding new ways to serve their patients, with well-documented, physiology-first protocols that elevate the experience and the results.
An open invitation to discover ZEUGMA @ SAPS Europe 2025
We’ll be at SAPS Europe to talk with practitioners, partners, and peers about how hyperbaric therapy is evolving, and how Zeugma can be part of a clinic’s strategy for growth and differentiation.
